Principal Consultant
John (Chris) Rondthaler is based in Los Angeles and Phoenix.
Mr. Rondthaler has served as IT manager for Toyota Information Systems, UCLA Health System, TV Guide, Int., Entertainment Partners and others. John began his career as a systems integrator, and he enjoys keeping pace with technology through ongoing academic and vendor training programs.

About: John grew up near the beach playing tournament chess and racing amateur motocross up and down the California coast. John still enjoys playing chess with a first category rating from the US Chess Federation.

Thomas W. Adams, M.Ed., brings a combined total 15 years human services and sales experience to the ITCL team. Mr. Adams provides consultation with our hiring, marketing and pre-sales activities. Tom has a B.A. in psychology and a master's in education, with a passion for helping people reach their maximum potential.
